We rented three e-bikes yesterday morning to ride to the Rappenalptal valley and from there hike to Germany's southernmost point. Everything went smoothly; the staff was very competent, helpful, and polite. The e-bikes were in excellent condition and took us safely to our destination and back without incident. We rented two e-bikes for a week and were very satisfied. Due to technical issues with one bike, we were given a higher-quality full suspension bike at no extra charge without any discussion, as an equivalent SUV wasn't available at the time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The adjustment of the handlebars and saddle was done immediately after one day. The only drawback is the included folding locks, as they are very short. We spontaneously rented bikes here. We took regular ones, although that's probably not normal anymore 🤣. E-bikes are also available for children. Reservations are recommended, especially for e-bikes.

We rented two e-mountain bikes today. The staff were all very friendly and the bikes were great :) Unfortunately, I fell because I was going too fast and the road was too slippery, and the derailleur hanger broke. The noise from the front brake on my e-bike was fixed quickly and professionally. A little more technical discussion with my husband and a suggestion about riding training with Fossy, the biking instructor, piqued our interest. He's a really nice guy. A great shop. They'll help you!
