With your online booking, you can go directly to the equipment pick-up. If you need ski boots, please start at the boot pick-up. If you have your own boots, you can go directly to the ski pick-up. If you have booked a ski storage space, please stop by our ski rental counters at the end of your visit.
You can flexibly purchase your ski equipment at our branches at Nebelhorn or Fellhorn in Oberstdorf. We do not need any changes from you if you have pre-booked in the other branch. Please note: You can only get cross-country skiing equipment in our branch on Nebelhorn.
Of course, you can also change categories during your vacation if you want to try something new. We will calculate the difference to the exact day and settle the bill with you directly on site. Just speak to our staff at the ski rental.
We offer you the complete hardware in the area of ski rental. You can also rent special equipment such as telemark skis and boots or avalanche transceiver equipment from us in Oberstdorf. Just ask us in the shops if you need advice. For hygiene reasons, however, we are unable to rent ski goggles, clothing or gloves. You are welcome to purchase these in one of our shops.
Many of our items can be booked through our online shop. If you are interested in a specific ski or cannot find an item in our online shop, just send us a short email or give us a call. We will be happy to help you with the reservation at the ski rental shop.
When booking, please always specify your normal shoe size, the one you wear in your street shoes. You can try on several models on-site, or request a different size if your initial size isn't quite right. Tip: Ski boot sizes are given in "Mondopoint." Simply measure the length of your foot in centimeters to determine the correct shell size for your rental.
Our computer system calculates the setting of your ski bindings for you. To do this, we need information such as weight, age, height, skiing ability and the length of your ski boots. If you have your own ski boots and only want to rent skis from us, we always need a ski boot to adjust the bindings.
You are welcome to come to our ski rental shop from 15:30 p.m. the day before and pick up your equipment. The day will not be included in your rental price. Please note that in this case you should select the "Pick up the day before" option at the depot.
You can also rent boots for your own skis from us. To adjust your ski bindings, we need to perform a brief machine check (for insurance purposes), which costs €15. Please note that we can only adjust bindings with "GripWalk" approval.
Unfortunately, our tiered pricing only applies to a single, continuous rental period. A free day off from ski rental is not possible.
To ensure your day of skiing starts stress-free, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment directly in the ski area.
You can easily get to the ski area by car or ski bus and rent your equipment. After just a few meters, you can head straight onto the slopes. And if you do need to change something, you can be back there after a descent into the valley, saving you unnecessary trips.
In addition to our ski rental, we also offer other services directly in our branches in Oberstdorf. You can buy your lift ticket directly from us, book your ski course or shop for high-quality clothing and accessories in our shops. With the NTC All-In-One concept, you can start your day of skiing in a relaxed manner.
